Ben Carter - electrician.
Ben visited my home on 2 occasions to complete a number of jobs for me. He was a lovely young man, explaining everything very thoroughly and in terms that I could understand. He recommended that a number of jobs needed doing in the immediate future but did not pressure me to agree to them right away.
Ben liked a chat, me too, and we found a lot of things in common to discuss and talk about. I found Ben to be a thoughtful and caring person also as he asked after my husband when finding out that he was in hospital.
Ben's work was completed well to my satisfaction and the areas left neat and tidy.
