From the moment I drove into the car service area I was greeted warmly, the car was taken for the service and I was directed to the customer lounge. I was offered to be driven to the place of my choice (shop etc), but I elected to stay in the comfy lounge. I was shown how to make myself a cup of coffee of my choice. In what seemed like not time at all, I received a text message telling me my car was ready. Everyone was very helpful and courteous – thank you.
