Unfortunately without any word from our supplier there really isn't much info for any of our staff to relay to you yet, which is why you have had to push for an update twice now.

This is obviously not ideal, and this is why we like to make it clear that if you do wish to cancel at any point, all you need to do is ask us here.
I assure you that we are not withholding information, we simply do not have any information to relay at this point.
Considering the last update the supplier provided was the stock was estimated to arrive last week, I would assume it should be landing this week at the latest.

The thing is that I don’t like to wait and wait and then have to contact DJ city for an update or so.

It would feel way better if someone just contact the customer and say, sorry mate the covers,,,, or so still havent arrived.

It has been promised a few times with a new ETA, but after the ETA none contacted us.

Can you please keep me updated.
