I recently needed some rather urgent computer service and as my computer guru had retired I went to Tame That Computer and met Andy for the first time. He was very helpful and obviously quite knowledgeable as he had the problem sorted in a matter of minutes. After fixing that computer, which needed a new hard drive, I couldn't believe it when my second computer failed about 1 week later. Once again Andy fixed it in minutes and I left it with him to upgrade the hard drive on this one, to the same as the other one. All was done promptly and my only comment about the cost is that it was much cheaper than expected. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tame That Computer to anybody with a computer problem, or who wishes to purchase a good quality computer.
