prompt service, a better range than most sites in Australia & fair prices plus incentives. They sell cd's,dvd's,books, wine plus more & accept paypal. You can get the same stuff on overseas sites cheaper but have to wait longer & can have hassles with dvd's that only play in the USA if you're not careful
every time I go to a JB store I come out with what I was after or some other bargain as they always have things on special at a price you can't ignore,eg, Get Smart dvd's for $19.95 when normal price is $38 or so
the best gelati & ice cream I've ever tasted. Not the cheapest but way better quality than the one across the street & still very reasonable. Worth every cent you pay & always busy in the tourist season which is a good indication of how great their ice cream is
owning an old Peugeot can be quite expensive when things go wrong & parts can be hard to get but every time I've had problems Pugwreck have been able to get me back on the road with parts & good advice. They also sell a number of new bits & pieces cheaper than the usual dealers & get the parts to you overnight or same day if you get in early enough
the best Lebanese food I have found in Melbourne & incredibly priced. A large restaurant with big & small tables to suit your requirements. Very busy & sometimes you must wait for a table but it's worth it for the food.Very family friendly
Approximate cost: $courses from $ 5 or $6 depending on what it is
one of the most consistently good Indian restaurants I've been to & priced very reasonably. Offering interesting food in a usually busy restaurant you either dine in & eat like a king or a take away service is available which is also well patronised.
Approximate cost: $courses from $6 to $12
more of a take away than a restaurant due to its size but exotic food is prepared in front of you & the prices are very reasonable. Mainly authentic Burmese food with some Thai food as well makes the choice a bit hard at first until you get to know the menu.
Approximate cost: $between $10 & $13
a long time supporter of live music in Adelaide where you can see top quality Australian & overseas artists perform in a great sounding room. There's also good food, & a couple of different bars at least. Don't forget to look for the little bar at the end with the antique nude photo collection.
always packed most nights with people having a great time the Retreat offers good down to earth food & some of the best music in the country on a consistent basis. There is a bar venue & a larger venue on the premises & its mostly roots music with an emphasis on country music. Never had a bad time there
one of the best & longest running venues for roots music in this city for many years. Interesting snack type food, great music & a good dance floor have kept people coming back to this venue for more over a couple of decades under different owners.
