We added an upper floor (whilst we continued to live in the house) John our first point of contact was very engaging but once the paper was signed we couldn't contact him. We were then handed over to Aaron our site manager. We had a little problem with communication to begin with but have found that we can now contact him without a problem and he is available to answer any questions. The job is slow due to lack of tradies and trying to get everyones jobs completed. The tradies we have had here have been very professional and their work is great. Looking forward to this job being completed HOPEFULLY in the next couple of months.
