My mum died here in Melbourne and she wanted to be buried at home in New Zealand. So we called other Funeral services who had advertised the ability to repatriate family members to their home of origin, and we were not impressed with their responses. Therefore, we called a company in NZ who we used to receive mum at that end and he gave us Carly's details. She was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. She is also very accommodating and was able to get all the paperwork needed, prepare and present mum beautifully, and have her ready for her final farewell.
