Booking online, appointment is then cancelled when you arrive. Same lame excuse every time. "We have a glitch with the system" So since when do these glitches last 4 years??
My daughter also booked appointment, took time off work, they needed to fill her time off with a casual, she arrived then got an SMS 5 minutes before the appointment that it was cancelled. She went in for an explanation. "Oh your dentist is on maternity leave" LIKE WHAT? Did she just get pregnant yesterday? My daughter has NEVER been to a dentist since, she was so annoyed.
