Mark has an incredible amount of experience and understanding of how the human body works and how important it is to stay fit and healthy. His dedication to both training and following up afterwards is exemplary. I am 70 years old carrying many post sport & work related injuries plus osteoporosis & arthritis. What Mark has achieved in the past 8 weeks has been extraordinary as I can now walk 5km instead of hobbling with a very jammed up hip! I look forward to achieving my best self, with his help, from now on into my future, and living strong .
