Well I was thought I was feeling claustrophobic only, but talking with Jo, I had the realisation it was not just being claustrophobic but I was angry.
The help by talking and hypnotherapy, its a must I wish I had done this years ago I struggled for over 30 years.
I am mentally stronger and most of all HAPPY.
