Absolutely fantastic staff at this store and products. The staff know what they're talking about in terms of the clothes you need for the sport you're doing. They are also honest about how the items look on you and will suggest items they think will suit your body type and I've never seen them get it wrong! Great clothing, great service!

Really happy with this business, we only had coffee, but the ladies are lovely and the coffee was good - can't wait to go back and try the food.

Heather is amazing! This is not just a PT or a bootcamp, this is the complete package. Heather will advise on nutrition and will be honest about what you need in terms of exercise to reach your goals. Her detox weekends are amazing, the first one I attended I lost 2kg, just by eating the right food and cutting out the yuk!! I have been with Heather for 18months and when I really started listening to her I started to see results - a total loss so far of 9kg and I am able to run a half marathon. She also helped me to achieve a finish of the Oxfam 100km walk - she's inspirational and encouraging - if you're looking for a trainer or fitness group, don't go past her!
