We needed fast response due to blocked toilet drain spewing out... well you know what. We obtained 3 quotes and they were very different. Drain man’s deposit was $100 cheaper! So we were very happy with price. Extremely reasonable as we live in regional Victoria. Cheers to Justin! He worked efficiently and swiftly to diagnose the problem, fix and ensure we were happy. All this within the first hour! I was really happy he used camera, then the drain clearing machine and high pressure water jet just as we had been informed would happen. Justin was polite ringing half an hour before arriving and cleaned out all pipes we were concerned about. We received the video as promised.
