Mick was totally professional in all aspects, from advance planning, problem solving, and clearing up afterwards. He and his helper Raf arrived promptly, worked enthusiastically, keeping us informed at every stage of installation of our split-system. The skill level was excellent, and we were dealt with courteously throughout.
