I got hip bursitis over 18 months ago. After physiotherapies, cortizone shot and other stretches and remedial massaging nothing was really helping. Over time my hips have locked up and my groins so tight I’ve been struggling to walk without pain and so much tightness I was able to walk out feeling better straight after which to my relief was the best feeling!
