I picked up a dress today from Mr DryClean located in Bankstown Central. The dress is now damaged, with visible fraying and the material has been ruined from dry cleaning it here. When discussing it with Maria the manager, she was very aggressive in her tone and behaviour towards me. I politely explained the issue with the dress when she accused me of damaging the dress before giving it to her. She yelled at me, calling me names when I showed her the evidence of the damaged dress. She refused to issue a refund or acknowledge the damage the store had created. I have never witnessed this poor behaviour at another dry cleaning service. The dress ruined is from a notable manufacturer [House of CB] and can no longer be worn due to the visible damages. This is my first time ever leaving a negative review about a place but I felt like I had to make others aware since my own experience was so horrific. Please beware! A 1 star review is way more than this store deserves following the treatment I was subjected to.
