I have been with TPG for nearly 4years, and it has been awful service. Over the years I have had many occasions I've had to ring up with connection problems. This time, I have been without internet for 3-4 weeks! They were sending me a new modem so that my internet would work, but although I have rung them everyday and spoken to countless staff/managers, I still have no modem. Even though they told me it was in the urgent post. I was also guaranteed a refund for the month I was without internet, but now they have said I will not be refunded but charged more for cancellation, even though I'm not in contract anymore. What a disgraceful service. Awful experience. And as soon as I cancelled, they were so rude. My family members are all going to cancel now as well as they are not happy either. I Definitely do not recommend TPG!
