I use to be insured with this company and decided to get a quote which I did online and then you are supposed to get a discount, which dosent happen as once you have completed you have to call them which I spent nearly an hour on the phone, they connected me to 3 different extensions and the quote went up nearly double. This company basically said they give a discount for new clients but dont reward you for coming back to them. They even told me I had to get my car inspected which would have been more costs and we are not talking about an old car. I found the whole experience disturbing and would never go there again, there advertising is very misleading.

Just to connect to Optus I had to sit on the phone many times and always over 30 minutes. I had moved address and prior to moving I had ADSL and so wanted to continue with what I had, but they told me I couldnt do it. The reason I wanted this was I had spent a lot of money on wireless router. So that was money down the drain. Then they didnt turn up when they told me to. Plus I found out they could have offered me wireless internet for the same price instead of having to pay for home line and internet. I was not very happy and once contract runs out I will be going else where.

I found them to be way better and cheaper than the dealership. I did not have to leave my home and they showed me everything that needed to be replaced. There work is guaranteed so I did not have a problem. I will only and always have my car serviced with this company.
