The mounting pin came out so I contacted Hoselink. I paid $30 for postage and boxed up my hose reel and sent it to Hoselink. They received the package on the Monday and I received it back on the Friday!
Screw hole plugs were supplied free of charge for 2 hose reels to keep the wasps out which Secrete red liquid and a gum that stain the casing. Thank you Hoselink.
