Hasitha Ranasinghe has been late to respond to required notices and forms issued to him, or not responded at all. He's proven to be virtually impossible to have a constructive relationship with and required us to get in direct contact with owners from the property he managers to have any kind of path forward. He's contacted us and strange hours of the evening, way outside of business hours, with odd and illegitimate requests, as well as becoming noticeably unhinged and aggressive at times.
