The moment the person came to my door I felt uneasy. He did not move easily movable objects to clean the carpets properly including my daughters toy piano! I immediately called customer service who told me a manager would call me straight back.... still waiting. After he finished there were still some strains remaining and I would not recommend drytron to anyone.
