The staff are always friendly, however sometimes the store becomes very busy and there is a lack of staff.
The prices aren't bad with great specials on.
They also make my holidays much nicer with free rentals for the kids.
I highly recommend blockbuster over any other rental stores in Ballarat. The prices are good, the staff helpful and the store itself is always clean and easy to navigate around.

Service in drive through is usually the best. At the counter isn't quite as good and they need to buy new eftpos machines. They've lost sales numerous times and I was quite annoyed when I waited in line when it was super busy to get my morning coffee and there machine wasn't working. They asked me to line up again at a different counter but i had to get to work. They couldn't expect me to line up again after waiting so long and getting rejected due to one of their faults. Don't get your hopes up with eftpos. I have found several times that the food has also been overlooked. They usuall also give us our drinks with Coked down the side because the machine sprays and they don't make effort to wipe the drinks. I've gotten sick of wiping drinks innovative my shirt due to this.
Otherwise the restaurant isn't too bad.its situated in a great spot however is well known for its danger.

A group of friends and I were eating our food when a group sitting at the table next to us threw a chocolate sundae which went all through the girls' hair and all over everybody's clothes. We left instantly to realize 10 minutes later my friends phone had been stolen. The staff weren't very helpful.

Great fish and chip shop.
The actual shop itself doesn't come across as well as the food goes down.... But you can't go wrong on their fish and chip pack- fish and chips with a can of coke, all for $8.

Ive also tried their lamb souvlaki which was wonderful. Superb value for money.

My partner and I take our cars to jj's quite often.
Usually there is someone to help the automatic car wash but usually we pay the same amount to do it ourselves and give the car a good scrub.
I love the automatic wash- nothing beats sitting in a car whilst it's being sprayed with rainbow colored soap... However the actually wash itself isn't that great.
I guess we need to realize that we actually need to physically scrub our cars if we want them to come out clean, so we usually was it manually here. We usually spend around $12-$16 for a decent wash using all the options available including the wax and spot free rinse. The benefits of jj's also include its location- next to a petrol station, it's dog wash and it's general spaciousness.
I highly recommend jj's to everyone.

Diva always provides a range of various jewelry, from necklaces and rings to hair accessories.
I always go there for last minute touch ups to my outfit however the pricing in relation to quality is not great. I always find myself unable to wear the jewelry for longer than a couple of days due to staining- this is mainly from the rings and earrings, a lot of my friends have the same problem with the colour wearing off.
On the other hand the service is quite great. The girls are always well presented and offer help when in store.
There are usually great specials however usually most items are overpriced.
Great shop, more for the younger teenagers and children.

Le casa was a great restaurant.

The service was better than most places and the food was excellent.
All meals were presented wonderfully and I was quite impressed with the size of the meal for the price; good quality also.
The color scheme and interior design was well suited to the Mexican theme however dissatisfying in comparison to the food.
Le casa is a great Mexican restaurant for anyone feeling for a great value meal for an excellent price. Will definitely be going back soon.
