I'd like to say that I had a good experience, but I was never even given the chance to get the service I had paid for.

I bought 2 Cudo vouchers for myself and me mother-in-law for a massage, facial. hair wash, cut and blowdry and full make-up application.

I made an appointment for 22nd November 2011. We recveived a phone call that morning to say they had to cancel as someone had either resigned or called in sick, I can''t remember.

They made another appointment and the earliest I could get was the 7th February 2012.

Again I received phone call in the morning to say that there was a problem with the airconditioner and the salon was flooded and I would get a call back by lunchtime to reschedule another appointment.

Lunchtime came and went with no call back so I started phoning the salon. Initially I was unable to leave a message because the their message bank was full. Eventually that was emptied and so I was able to leave a message. I still never received a call back.

Eventually I was able to get someone to answer. The staff member was so incredibly polite. She was as helpful as she could be. She advisd me that a higher ranking staff member told her they will not honour the Cudo vouchers anymore. She gave me this staff members mobile number and I phoned and left message after message for her to please call me back.

After no call backs for another 2 weeks I phoned the salon again and spoke to the same girl. I asked when the this higher ranking staff member is in the salon to be told she only ever comes after the salon is closed, but she would speak to her and ask her to call me back.

It is now the 4th March and I still have not heard from her, even though I left her a message advising her that I would need to be contacting Cudo.
