I am very happy with the service i received from the IPhone Guy Ballarat.
The customer service was excellent.
I thought i had lost all my data from my Samsung phone as it went dead and wouldn't charge at all. My phone was fixed very promptly requiring a new charging port at a very reasonable price of $80 for my model. The communication was also very good from reception with regular updates. I am very impressed with the service at the IPhone Guy Ballarat, Thank you very much to the team.
Amazing repairs
Mick was friendly & very helpful with my iPhone that had stopped working. Easy to park, my job was completed quickly in 20min to get my iPhone working, and for a reasonable price.
Appreciated the advice on how to deal with dust getting into the plug. Would recommend to anyone for iPhone/iPads- knowing you won’t be ripped off.
