Appalling service. Big warnings to anyone considering using this company. Had waited 4 weeks for delivery of water filters and was sent incorrect filters twice. Staff don't return calls, are lax with emails, rude on the phone.Found out eventually that they didn't even have the filters I was after, despite advertising them on their website. After great frustration I decided to drive to the company and personally return the incorrect filters. They took the filters and said that they weren't able to refund me because their computer was down. Afterwards they rang making out I had used one of the filters. It's been two months and still no refund. When I call I get rude responses from the manager and staff. Buyer Beware.
