A few weeks ago I tried to change my email address with My Survey and could not do so. They then suggested I delete my old account (lost the points I had) and create a new account. I did that and now they have made the new account inactive. I have emailed them repeatedly to try and fix the issue and I either get a reply that DOES NOT answer my enquiry at all or a generic auto reply.

I had been a member for over 2 years and the complete lack of customer service during these past few weeks by them has been absolutely disgusting.
