Its okay at the first redemption but when the 2nd time I redeem my points but its not working and I still have points that cant redeem. its WASTING time for me. its not working anymore I already contact the My survey many times its terrible. I'm always online in My survey I took every survey that arrived for me.

yes i am a member of this site?and i do surveys and my screen freezes or site crashes ,i hear and read some great stuff from this site but i have not seen any great stuff or had any luck on this site what so ever ,i feel like they take all my information but when it actually comes to the survey or question ask,i either do not qualify or the site crashes on me?

I’ve been with My Survey for about 6 years now and have received many and varying different surveys over the years. There are lots of rewards you can redeem for as little as 1250 points. I especially like the PayPal rewards as these are normally instant rewards.

The surveys didn't work properly, often crashing in the middle or letting me complete half or more before telling me I didn't qualify, wasting my time for nothing. I redeemed some points (for a measly $10), had gone up a level (which was supposed to mean I would get more points per survey) and was never sent another survey again. Then I receive an email from them asking me to open a new account! Why would I open a new account when I have one already? There is no way to contact these people either, they'll have you running round in circles.
I still have points, just under what I can redeem.. I’m very unimpressed and feel scammed.

A really good program to join and the rewards are great. I have been a member for years and have redeemed many times without an issue, Sometimes, internet glitches which may be our internet or the site which can be frustrating when you have almost finished a long survey, but thats life.

A few weeks ago I tried to change my email address with My Survey and could not do so. They then suggested I delete my old account (lost the points I had) and create a new account. I did that and now they have made the new account inactive. I have emailed them repeatedly to try and fix the issue and I either get a reply that DOES NOT answer my enquiry at all or a generic auto reply.

I had been a member for over 2 years and the complete lack of customer service during these past few weeks by them has been absolutely disgusting.

I have been a member for a number of months now. Some of the surveys have completed leave me with an error on the very last page, and no points added to my account. My account has also been made in-active for no reason at all. I have sent literally over 15 emails and they still have not re-activated this.

A wonderful site to earn rewards! Surveys are generally interesting and fair rewards for completion. There is a wonderful rewards system with great variety. The surveys are given quite regularly so quite easy to accumulate points for amazing rewards.

Good website, however it had bit slow process in getting points credited. It might take up to 1 month for points to be credited for surveys done.

Yes a '1' star rating! I am so frustrated with My Survey. One example is last weekend I spent 50 minutes doing a 30 minutes survey (as usual it went overtime) at the end of each survey they ask for feedback as to what you thought of it and then you click submit, which I did. It then came up with technical error and no points were rewarded. I then contacted My Survey and a few days later received a response telling me that I did not complete the survey and therefore will not be rewarded for it. I told them that the survey thanked me and informed my I had completed it and that is why I completed the feedback form. They said no! Therefore, I wasted 50 minutes doing this survey. I have experienced this problem 3 times in the last week, spending so much time doing the surveys and then their excuse is "technical problems", I am sure they keep the information and just don't do the rewarding.

This site use to be ok, but now it really isn't worth my time, I am so close to a reward at the moment that I will only continue for that reason and then that will be the end! Not worth my time and frustration. Extremely disappointing, they really need to get their act together.

I've been a member with My Survey for a few years now and have found them to be great. Most days I get at least 2 surveys and there are also the mini-poll questions to get extra entries into the competitions. There is a big range of redemption options but it does take over a month to receive gift cards.

Points are slowly accumulated. Do like the paypal option but redeeming $5 at a time is a bit time consuming. Also flash surveys are not compatible with the iPad

I've been a member of my survey for a few months and I've received $30worth of vouchers, it's good you can claim when you've only got 500 or so points. Lately though I've found the site a little more unreliable, it keeps going to the maintainance page

I have signed up for my survey and very survey I get I just get told I don't qualify, I have never qualified for a survey out of all the times I have tried and its really confusing me.

This is a great survey site with interesting surveys. I have been with them for just over 18 months and have redeemed $150 into my Paypal account and am nearly ready to get another $75 transferred. Its one of the few sites that also award you with loyalty points which is a % of the points that you have earned that month.

I get a lot of surveys from this site and the rewards are competitive to the other similar survey panels.

They offer a screen out reward of approx 10c now, so that alone can often build up and turn into points to claim from one of their numerous rewards choices.

While the gift cards can take quite a few weeks to arrive I have always found them to turn up, never had an issue with that.

I have had quite a few technical difficulties with the surveys themselves, over time, but upon contacting the staff I have found they get it sorted promptly and I have been awarded the points due to me.

Over all a user friendly site with a larger than usual choice of rewards to choose from.

I have been with My Survey for quite some time now and in the beginning it was really good but over the last 6 or 7 months I have become so frustrated with them. TOOOO many technical errors and missing points, also many times the survey invitation will state approximately how long the survey will take, like 20 minutes, when in actual fact it can take over 30 minutes to complete. They tried to say I had a slow internet connection - which is untrue.

I do like receiving the rewards (gift cards) but at times I really wonder if it is worth the frustration. There are many other survey sites that pay better and you are rewarded properly for your time.

I have been with My Survey for a while now. I had a couple of errors too at the end of the survey which was frustrating. I recently started doing surveys again and I frequently get new ones to do and I haven't yet experienced any errors. I do roughly 2-3 surveys and receive $5 which I send to my paypal account or you can donate to a charity. Its easy and a little extra cash. I always get my points straight away.

I get a lot of surveys from this site and they pay about average per survey than other similar sites. You do get a reward if you are screened out (approx. 10c). The rewards can take over a month to get delivered, but they have always arrived. They do have a better selection of rewards than most sites and the option to donate points to charity too. Often the surveys are longer than most, but generally very interesting.

i really like this site,ii is great for earning some extra income on the side and i find the surveys very interesting to complete,at first i was sceptical but it all seems legit and i have earned quite a few gift cards since joing

It's an ok site but it takes a lot of time and effort to earn any decent reward. If you do decide to sign up you also need to be prepared to receive a lot of emails. This site is worthwhile if you enjoy filling out surveys and are prepared to offer quite a bit of time.

signed up with these guys just over a month ago and have already eartn a 20 gift card. its not fast money but its easy money and gives me something to do to fill in my time while bubs is asleep

I've found My survey to be a very reputable and honest survey panel. I've been a member for quite some time and enjoyed redeeming many rewards. My personal favourite is the paypal option as it works as cash meaning I can spend it anywhere, the surveys are fun and it's terrific to be able to give my opinion.

Great company that emails you surveys matching your profile. You get points for each survey you complete, and when you have enough points you redeem them for gift vouchers. I then use the vouchers for Chrissy presents.

I am a member of a few "paid survey" type sites and this is one of my top 5!
The surveys are great and usually easy to follow, once you join and complete your profile depending on your lifestyle etc the surveys start coming, I have noticed the sooner I reply and fill in the surveys the more I seem to get.
The rewards I have claimed I save up and use them to help towards Christmas gifts (store cards, vouchers etc)

I would recommend My Survey Australia to anyone looking to make a little extra, or to use on the little luxuries :)

i came across my survey while browsing gumtree and am so glad i joined... its a great reward earner and they do send frequent surveys that pay quite well unlike some other free paid survey sites,the surveys are quite interesting and fun to complete

I am a member of a few rewards program sites and I find that mysurvey is my favourite. I haven't yet redeemed a prize, but I am very close. for a years worth f surveys I have earnt almost $50. that doesn't sound like much, and really its not, but to me its something. I find the hardest thing is most of the time for whatever reason, I don't qualify to do the survey. but its great when I do

Just started with my survey Aus and im liking it alot,im getting alot of surveys which im reaslly pleased,I love the page set up and even the mini polls too if u dont have much time for the larger one's and u can still earn points im so glad ive found this!!

I love this rewards program! So far I have accumulated 3 $50 coles gift cards which have come in handy and helped me out big time! You sign up fill in your profiles and you start receiving email invitations to complete surveys. The only downfall is that there is a lot of surveys that you don't qualify for but you still get 10 points for at least participating. The surveys are easy to do but can take up to 40 minutes of your time. They are very generous with their points. If you work part time or are a home maker this is the perfect site for you to gain some little rewards!

Great survey website with alot of surveys sent to your email address. I've nearly earned enough to get a gift card.i get several surveys sent to my email address a day so it all adds up in the end
