Dylans was always a favourite place of mine when I was younger, but I have to say, it still rates as one of my favourite family dining places. We quite often pop in for a quick family dinner, choosing kids meals and burgers and chips for under $60 including drinks for the 4 of us. The burgers are always tasty and have a generous serve of chips. There are plenty of other options though as well if youi want something a bit fancier, and there are also some great cakes on offer. They have some booth seating too if you are lucky enough to get one, as they are very popular! They also do very reasonably priced take aways. The only downside is that you can't book, you just have to wait if there are no tables available, but they do usually get you in quite quickly. Highly recommended!

I have been to mini mi for lunch twice now, and it was great both times. They offer a range of tasty choices for lunch, including a regularly changing specials menu. They offer most meals in a mini or mighty size, which I think is great! There are some great looking pies, salads and quiches on offer as well. On both occasions I chose from the specials menu, with offerings such as beetroot, danish salami and goats cheese risotto, nanagai in mild curry sauce with rice, and beef madras curry. So far they have all been delicious, and very reasonably priced at around $12-$14 for a mini serve which is a perfect size for lunch. The coffee is really great as well. A nice place to sit in the window and people watch on your lunch break. The staff are really friendly and helpful with menu options, as I was dining with a gluten intolerant friend. I will definitely go back!

Cafe Cafe is a really nice place to sit and have breakfast or lunch on the weekend. They have a good range of breakfast offerings, all of which are quite generous. If you are nto too hungry, you could probablyl get away with sharing the full breaky, or order your own as they are quite reasonably priced. Pancakes are delicious, as are the eggs benedict, and the range of breaky specials. Coffee is also very nice. It is often quite busy on the weekends though, but a great place for people watching.

One of my favourite places to eat out in North Perth. The food here is amazing. We usually order the beef and vermicelli salad and it is devine! We even took the kids there last time and they loved all of the dishes. They also make delicious home made lemon juice type drink which is so yummy and goes really well with the food. Free jasmine tea is also offered with your meal. It is not a fancy place to eat, but it is neat and clean, always very busy and extremely reasonably priced. Highly recommeded!

We order chips from here every now and again to go with freshly caught fish, and they have always been very tasty and fresh. They also have special deals on where you can spin a wheel and have a chance to win your meal for free, or win other free items to go in with your order. I nice touch I think. I would certainly not hesitate to order fish from there as well if the fishing wasn't too good for us. A very clean shop with nice customer service.

We ordered takeaway from Curry Leaf, and wanted home delivery. Unfortuantely they didn't offer this service, but were very happy to order a taxi to deliver our food, which I thought was quite nice of them. Albany is quite small so taxi fares are usually also small! We ordered three different curries and they were all very tasty, although I would probably say there was a bit too much sauce and not enough meat in the dishes. The food was all fresh and tasty, and the condiments, naan and pappadams were all really yummy. Prices were very reasonable, and service was very friendly. I will definitely eat there again.

Joop Thai is a lovely authentic thai restaurant that is perfect for a nice night out for families or couples. The food is so fresh and lovely, and the service was second to none. There is a really good range of dishes, and our family group all enjoyed our meals. The decor is lovely, and it is really nicely decorated. One of my favourites in albany, definitely give it a go!

The Squid Shack is a lovely little spot to sit down at the emu point boat harbour and have some fish and chips. The indoor heated seating area makes it great for winter days, and there is plenty of outdoor seating for sunny days too. The fish and chips are lovely, and although they seem a little dear, the meals usually feed two people which makes it quite economical. It does depend on how hungry you are though! A favourite fish and chip spot for our family :)

We had an amazing night at Nonnas. The food was fantastic, the service was amazing and the atmosphere was lovely. We often pop in there later at night for coffee and cake too, and are always warmly welcomed. Highly recommended.

Fantastic coffee, one of the best places in albany to get good coffee. They have a good range of delicious cakes, breads and gourmet foods, so it is a nice place to sit on a lazy day. The prices are quite high though, $5 for a coffee, but worth it!
