Worst!!! Customer service is non existent. Go buy a product, take it home and your fine. But, if that product doesn't work then you are in trouble! 3 months I still can't get a refund, replacement or repair. My scooter was dead on arrival, they don't really care. Sent videos, pictures, plenty of evidence but they disregard everything. Be warned! The plugs for the charger were not only disconnected, they don't even fit! still they don't care.
