This policy is great value, easy to setup and customer support is great. We have 2 dogs insured with them. Our minature schnauzer has had a lot of brain issues for the past 12 months and without PIA she would not still be alive. They covered her very expensive brain surgery in January and to this day continue to cover all the expensive medications and vet costs. Anyone who loves their pet should definitely get pet insurance and in my opinion this company is one of the best. Thank you to everyone at PIA- you have a customer for life.

Policy was easy to setup online. You can also now claim online without having to fill out forms and get them signed by the vet. Cost us $7500 to save our 5 month old miniture schnauzer pup. Very lucky we had the insurance! Would recommend to all, great to speak to on the phone too.
