I have purchased most of my furniture and electrical appliances from here. The prices are great and can normally negotiate a lower price any way if its not on sale. I found the staff are helpful and there is always someone around to help you. Sometimes it can be a little annoying when you have 5 people come up an offer to help you when you are only looking though.

I like the wide range. The staff are great and happy to assist you. The sales can be really good. I have purchased large white goods from there before, we were able to negotiate a lower price with the staff.

Has some great weekly specials, I find its worth the trip out there just to get the specials. The staff are great. They seem happy to go and search for an item for you if there is none on the shelf.

Great for buying in bulk especially for dish washing tablets etc that are very expensive in store locally. They also have regular sales. I normally do a large shop once a month. The postage is capped so its worth while doing it online and getting it delivered. It normally takes about a week to get sent to my house.

If the item is out of stock in store I can normally get it online. I often use the free store delivery and when I'm ready I can just go and pick it up or for a small fee I can get it delivered to my house. I also use the online layby. I recently cancelled my layby over the phone, the staff were great and it was done ASAP and my money was back on my card within 24hrs.

Love big w online. Great as I have 2 young children, I can order what I need online and get it delivered for a small fee. Obviously if I order large items it cost more but so much easier then shopping in store. If its out of stock in store I can most likely find it online too. I have used the layby feature as well. So much easier. Highly recommend it

Love the bulk meatprices. It's great for families on a budget. The meat is good quality and yummy. The staff are very friendly and provide a fray service. Highly recommend.

Love the products and the gift ideas that are available. The staff are great at demonstrating how to use the products and which ones are best for your skin type etc. the store is always very clean and tidy, not to mention smells amazing when you walk in.

My son loves this place. Great areas for the kids to play in. Love how they have a separate baby area. good food and drink menus. Can do birthday parties at a reasonable price. It's good place just to meet up and relax while the kids can play.

The have a great selection of products. I don't wear silver but I can always find a great gift idea there. They also have a huge range if body jewellery available.
