Terrible customer service and still waiting for a treadmill I purchased on 2 April 2019, 3 weeks ago today. Contacted FDO on 12 April to check delivery status. I was advised that the order had been "missed". Received e-mail same day informing me that the warehouse would rectify the mistake and that I should receive the item early in the following week. Contacted FDO again on 16 April as the item had still not been delivered. FDO provided me with contact details for the courier service for me to chase up myself. 3 weeks; $1,700; and no treadmill or any indication from FDO as to when I may receive it.
