Started out great with the first few phone conversations re. the system that came with the house. Then it rapidly deteriorated (we needed someone to come out and explain how the system worked)....which they said they do. I asked 4 weeks in advance to lock in the day after settlement, the consultant said he would call me 2 weeks prior to set an appointment....didnt happen. I called them week before settlement.....consultant was away, arranged appointment for week after settlement with another consultant. Day before that was supposed to happen they called and cancelled because they had a business that had an urgent matter. This was early Tuesday afternoon, our appointment was late wed afternoon. If the matter was so urgent for the business, surely it would have been fixed Tues afternoon! Our appointment rescheduled again for the next week. They called to cancel AGAIN because their tech was sick. Surely there is more than ONE tech working there?? I was not happy and expressed that to the original consultant whose excuse was he had just returned after sick leave (which, by the timeline would have been 3 weeks). If someone is sick for 3 weeks in a large business with clients they say they want to keep, then someone else would be allocated their clients. Appointment rescheduled AGAIN! Eventually, the tech came and explained the system (the tech was good). There were many empty apologies etc etc, the most upsetting part was they left an elderly sick woman without a way to change the alarm codes, and it seemed that they could not care less about all the time I had to take off work to accommodate their many appointment changes. The impression I am left with is that this company does not care less about you if you are a residential customer. I would not recommend them to anyone because of those attitudes

They are definitely the cheapest in the area. Good to deal with, and willing to do their best for the customer. I asked the skip be dropped at a specific time, something they don't usually do (generally there is a 3 hour window), I explained my situation and they dropped the bin off at the time requested (both times). Some minor communication things were quickly resolved with one phone call and all is good. I would (and have) use them again and recommend them to others.

From the first interview, Mary was amazing with mum.She was sensitive to the stress of an elderly person reluctantly selling the family home that she has lived in for the past 48 years, the home she and her husband had built and raised a family in. Her consideration and patience with mum was nothing short of incredible, particularly as this was such an overwhelming, difficult and emotional time for mum.

Nothing was too much trouble for Mary; patiently explaining in detail all the processes, ensuring mum (and I) understood everything, using language which was clear, keeping us informed with every step, being honest & realistic, friendly with all members of the family, answering every question, responding to every call quickly, and always maintaining her professionalism. Her knowledge of the market and the area was evident throughout, and as a bonus, mum's place sold above the reserve price, and Mary was correct in her predicted price.

I would not hesitate to recommend Mary as an agent, and both mum and I appreciate all she did.

Arrogant is the best way to describe them. At first they were good, I was in a hurry, work got done (even thought they 'found' other things that 'urgently' needed to be fixed). Then there was an issue to be fixed under warranty.......deny deny deny was the attitude 'it wouldn't be us'. 'it's nothing we did' etc. Rudeness begets rudeness, so that was returned (there is only so much patience one can have). Eventually, they did say bring the car in, but there was no point as clearly there position was never going to change even if a problem had been found.
Extremely disappointing.

Mum has been using Terry for her bin hire for years. They are always as close to the requested time as possible. The guys always answer questions about what can or cannot go into the bin if there is doubt, the are professional, courteous and helpful.
The prices are very reasonable in comparison to others around the area.

Very quick response to a window that needed replacing within a day. His prices were very reasonable, his work to a high standard, and he was friendly and very professional.

Mick is professional and the work is of a very high standard. He did a new fence for me 3 years ago, and is now doing the other fence because I know his work is good. He is helpful and courteous, explains things properly, and efficient.

Professional from the quote and throughout the installation. Cam and Jarrad were polite, courteous and helpful with tips. Laundry looks amazing, and their work was faultless (and because I am fussy and pedantic, I checked). Not only will I use them for my future kitchen renovation, I would also recommend them to others wanting quality work at a reasonable price.

Jamie has been mowing mums lawn for a couple of years now. He is friendly, and helpful and his prices are very reasonable. The quality of his work is excellent and he will always try to fit into a time that best suits his clients.
