Went in to Telstra on a Wednesday afternoon as my son’s phone is not working. There were 6 employees and 3 customers (including us). We waited 20 minutes, and then were so disappointed at the lack of problem-solving initiative from Alex Nguyen. We’ve been customers of Telstra Kawana for years and always received exceptional service from James. The whole experience lacked that sense of customer-focus that has unfortunately gone missing.
