The manager at Kawana is rude and incompetent. Absolute worst experience, so much so I closed my accounts and moved them to optus a few doors down. After a lengthy online chat I was told I needed to attend a telstra store to resolve my issues. I was left sitting there for 40 minutes, while numerous staff hovered around the phones and Ipads. I finally asked to speak to the manager who sauntered over and in a condescending tone told me to get online instead as he could not help me. I explained I was told to attend a store and he shrugged his shoulders and looked at my breasts the whole time. Ironically I was going to buy an ipad as well after I sorted my issues with my phone. Worst retail experience ever.

Went in to Telstra on a Wednesday afternoon as my son’s phone is not working. There were 6 employees and 3 customers (including us). We waited 20 minutes, and then were so disappointed at the lack of problem-solving initiative from Alex Nguyen. We’ve been customers of Telstra Kawana for years and always received exceptional service from James. The whole experience lacked that sense of customer-focus that has unfortunately gone missing.

Needed to know why my wireless modem wasn't working properly in this location, it worked fine in Scarborough. They pointed me in the right direction then solved my problem seamlessly, quickly and proffesionally.
