Casual but good, clean and cheap! The gyozas are fabulous $5 for 8! The teriyaki beef is also great about $7.

This week I went in for lunch - what a treat! $15 set menu included miso soup, gyoza, sukiyaki beef and rice and teriyaki chicken and salad! So tasty, great flavours and variety!

This is my son's favorite cheapie meal! Masa is a no-frills Japanese eaterie/take away but it is really yummy, really cheap and clean if you eat there or fast and conveniant to take away.
8 gyoza for $5 is brilliant value and we think they're the best we've had! The Teriyaki chicken and beef is tasty and wholesome and at $8.00, why cook at home???
Also great range of fresh sushi and california rolls

This is a regular lunch place for me! I love the easy indoor/outdoor seating, the relaxed vibe, the casual menu with uncomplicated wholesome food. The sanwhiches come on a choice of breads - Turkish, wholemeal, etc with all great fillings - roasted vegetable and feta, chicken and pesto etc. Nice salads, nice soups and daily specials as well. Nothing over $10!

This bakery has all the regular loaves and rolls at similar prices to chains like 'Brumby's' or 'Baker's Delight' but it also has AMAZING specialty loaves like 'Olive and Rosemary' ciabatta in 2 s'izes - (I usually have half the small one devoured by the time I get home!) and delicious 'Fruit Bread' so packed full of fruit you don't want anything on it! Also really nice single serve cakes and slices and cookies.

Although I explained that my teenage daughter was really unwell and had been for a while, Dr Soosay's receptionist would not fit her in for 4 weeks! To my great surprise another receptionist called 2 weeks later to demand I give my credit card details or she would cancel my appointment. I had recently been the victim of credit card fraud so I was not comfortable giving my card details over the phone in such un-secure manner.
I pointed out that it seemed un-reasonable and a complete double standard to not trust me to turn up to the appointment but that I should trust them so much as to give my credit card details to them. We eventually settled on a compamise that I would drop $90 in as a non-refundable deposit for the $140 consultation.
The medical care/advice on the day was dubious and seemed more interested in add on selling of unproven but expensive herbal remedies.
This quack is relying on trusting and gullable patients who are happy to part with big bucks in exchange for a lot of mumbojumbo.
