My son and l knew we were in good hands as soon as we met Nicky and John. No pressure just kindness. They listened to our story and our needs and kept in touch throughout. Different from most we made funeral arrangements while my husband was in palliative care. We wanted to make sure his wishes were met. Nicky got to know about my husband, and our family and made it easy to talk about those hard decisions at such an emotional time.

Nothing was too much. Even a last minute phone call the night before the service to make some changes were effortlessly met.

Nicky ask me what was most important to me and l said not to have to worry about anything on the day and that’s exactly how it went. It was beautiful.

Isaac certainly is the master. He made a carpet that looked ready to be rolled up for council cleanup look like it had just been laid brand new, and brought other lightIy soiled carpet back to life. Issac was so professional, friendly and genuine, and a complete gentleman. The work was done without fuss and for a great price.
