I had a very bad experience. The communication was bad enough but when I could not even hear what the girl was saying as she would not remove her mask and it was all muffled. Another lady tried to explain what I wanted.bi asked her to use the razor on my heels and she refused. She didn't even give my legs a moisturize and massage. She applied the base coat and one coat of the White tips of the f reach Polish and left me to attend another customer. Another lady came along and straight away started to apply a silver line under the White. I told her that there was to be a glitter over laid on the one tips first. I let her know I was annoyed that I was not getting the treatment that I was used to from other salons. I wanted a light and wispy design in silver with some gold highlights and she started to do thick gold lines all over my nail. I asked her to stop this is not what I asked for. Another lady took over and cleaned it off and proceeded to do what she understood I wanted. She was closer but very heavy handed. She then proceeded to put a normal top coat on my big toes only when I said it should be shellac. She did the two big toes in shellac and thought she was finished. I told her the rest needed to be done and she argued with me that the two girls before had already done this. Bit strange to think that a top coat had been added before the design. Obviously no one int this salon have the skills to do nail designs. I have had this design done many time before in many different salons and they are the ones that put me onto the design. When I got home I had to file the top of the nails again as they were very rough and lumpy. All of my toes and heels had dry cracked skin and I had to use my own file to smooth and massage with creams. The absolute worst experience I have ever had. They need to be clear with their communication and make sure they understand what their customer want before they proceed.
