Amazing burgers and delicious chips is what you will get here. My husband tried this place with some friends and told me that we both had to get some take out from here. I was impressed, my burger was huge with quality meat and my chips were great except I could only eat a few as the burger was so big, i could not finish it. They have quite a large menu on offer and deliver service with a smile. Will be returning when we are out that way again. A must try!

My husband had been wanting to go here since we moved to South Australia 10 years ago, so finally we went and had some fabulous yiros here, loved the garlic sauce, infact my husband asked for extra. The burgers looks quite delicious but we just wanted the yiros. My husband said it was just as good as 30 years ago. So a business still around after over 30 years is pretty good and we could "taste" why. Very friendly atmosphere with quality food.

Whenever I drive past here, it is always a buzz. Previously I had only tried their delicious coffee, but on my latest occasion I decided to have a meal with one of my friends. We both tried their quesadilla's, absolutely fabulous, very tasty. Loved the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff, this is a place I will be returning for another lunch.

Recenly picked up some take away from here as we had been meaning to for many months. I am glad we finally did, we tried their yiros and burgers and chips, all of it tasted so fresh and delicious, will have to try one of their pizzas next time as well as some ribs. Quite an extensive menu with very reasonable prices and friendly service with a smile.

This cafe is a great place to go for breakfast or lunch especially on a hot summers day as they have seating outside with views of the beach. Did find the chairs to be not so comfortable, but the food made it worth it. They serve up huge meals, whether it is a big breakfast of one of the fabulous tasting burger and fries, you wont be disappointed. Have found the service to be a little slow at times, but they do get quite busy. They have a play area for the kids to keep them occupied so you can enjoy your meal or just have a refreshing drink. The lime milkshake looked interesting, but I didn't try it.

Have been here quite a few times now as we have friends living nearby and we often purchase a chicken for lunch or dinner. Have always found their chickens to be moist, never dry. The chips cooked perfectly, never soggy/oily, fish has always tasted fresh as well as their potato cakes. They have a reasonably large menu at affordable prices, premises is always clean and the staff very friendly.

I have been with Energy Australia (previously TRU Energy) for more than 15 years, I have now had enough. I have not received a bill from them since August last year! I have still paid the bills but have not actually seen it on paper. I call them every 2 weeks asking for our bills and each time I am told I am resending them.

They obviously have a problem and I feel I have been very patient with them, but the customer service (off-shore call centre has just been dreadful) I think we pay enough for our bills to be able to speak to someone in our own country.

I am now contacting the ombudsman because I am so fed up. We need a copy of these bills for tax reasons, which I have explained so many times, and yet the same answer "I am resending them now". To this date, still nothing.

Think twice about going with them!!!!!!!!!!!

Update - As of today 7th May, I still have received nothing, they asked me to hold off contacting the ombudsman as they were sorting it out and were once again resending my bills, but informed me it would take up to 3 weeks. Well, I gave them more than 3 weeks and I will now be contacting the ombudsman today! I have absolutely had enough!

UPDATE - I contacted the Energy Ombudsman mid May and found them to be very helpful and said they would contact energy australia to get this sorted. Within 3 days a customer service rep contacted me and said they were investigating my complaint and that my account was on hold. A couple of weeks later I contacted them again to find out what was going on and was then informed that there were 2 other customers with the same issues as me and that they would let me know when it was resolved. Last week I received an email to tell me that they think they know what the problem is and that it should be resolved by "September" and that they believe this has resolved my complaint! OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What I have found to be interesting is that yesterday I received a letter from them informing me that the prices were increasing from 1st July. This is the first contact I have received from them in the mail since August last year!

After waliking passed so many times I decided to purchase same takeaway as all the food looks very fresh and delicious. That is exactly how it tasted, I was quite impressed. I purchased the satay chicken noodles and the black bean beef noodles - both delicious. Vegetarian meals are also available, not a large menu, but enough to choose from. Found they provided fast service with a friendly smile. Will be purchasing take away again.

This is such a lovely little cafe in Balhannah, they serve delicious food with great service, very friendly. They have quite a reasonable menu, serving breakfast as well as light meals, great coffee with cakes to match. Very reasonable prices with spacious off road parking. Will be returning.

Have been here a couple of times for a coffee and pastries as well as to purchase some of their delicious pickles and mustards that they have for sale. Have always found the staff to be very friendly and the food quite delicious, not to forget their great tasting coffee as well. Tried to go here yesterday, but they had already closed, was very disappointed I missed out. Will try again next week.
