I have never felt as fit and strong and had so much fun doing it. Since joining this outdoor exercise group with Rose at the helm, I have managed to gain fitness, push through my mental barriers and increase my stamina. Although we exercise together, Rose is devoting all her attention and care to each individual ensuring they are working out to their maximum and gaining the most from their sessions. Rose bursts with enthusiasm and makes every sweaty workout a joy.
