Our senior dog has been to port smith numerous times, he takes 4cyte gel to help his joints and pains we always by 1 bottle at a time from LS. I went in to get his bottle $75 on 15/03 I paid for it immediately and they sent me the receipt on email, over 2 weeks later i logged in to my dogs lort smith account to make an appointment and see I have 2 overdue invoices for 3 bottles of 4cyte from the same day! Speaking to the reception staff are rude and condescending when I pointed out their mistakes the only response is a manager needs to investigate to check if it was a mistake seriously dealing with them in s worse than pulling teeth
