Superb service and turnaround by the team. We got the security awning screens for our bedroom, normal awning screens for the rest of the house, a 2-panel screen door for our alfresco, a single panel screen door for our study, and the main highlight was a retractable screen for our bi-fold kitchen window. The installation was so clean and seamless that our friends couldn't even tell if we got the screens or not.

While searching on google I found other providers as well but none of them could meet our requirements for security screens for bedroom and retractable screen for our bi-fold window. In the end, we decided to go with the Illusion team even though they were booked out for more than a month but I'm happy that we did. Now we know why they are always booked out for months.
