After an unexpected loss of my cat "Trouble" I sent Beric an email letting him know what had happened and asked him to pick up Trouble from my vets office. He picked up Trouble and had him back to me 3 days later. It is so very reassuring to know my kitty was being taken care of by someone that cares.

The care my dog Eden received from everyone at Knox for her cancer treatments was exceptional. We knew her prognoses when she started treatments and no one pressured me to make a decision for her before I was ready. She loved going out to see her friends at Knox because she was treated so well :-) so I just would like to thank everyone again for taking such good care of her.

Katty cakes besides making yummy cakes and cup cakes has an excellent lunch menu. Will make your lunch just the way you ask for it, very friendly service and excellent coffee.

once again at this sad time Beric and Sue have come through for us. Picking up our little girl from the emergency hospital and bringing her home to us. Beric and Sue are very caring and compassionate and it is comforting to know our little girl was cared for by them.
