We recently purchased two Crimsafe screen doors through Evercool and they were installed today.
The guy who came out to measure up was very knowledgeable and professional.
They are perfect in quality, workmanship and installation.
The premium option is the way to go. Worth the extra cost for the extra security.
They took a while to arrive, but that was due to COVID and was explained to us by the team, so there was no issue there. The team have been really friendly and professional and would recommend them to anyone. Also, the installer was lovely, quick and did an awesome job.
And finally, they called us a couple of hours after the installation to make sure we were happy with them. Great customer service and a quality product. Exactly what I had in mind! Thank you.

I am sick about my whole experience with Bramalco/Modern group. The actual product and post-installation customer service I have received after spending $10,500 on outdoor blinds has been disgusting.

Firstly, the product that was installed was not what was specified in the contract. One of the 5 blinds was an electric blind- when we specifically asked for all manual blinds (which was in the contract).

Secondly, the salesman explained that the balance of payment would be taken out once the blinds were installed 'and we were happy with them'. The full balance was deducted the very next morning, without so much as a courtesy call to see if we were happy.

In addition, the salesman did not discuss flashing with us, leaving us with huge gaps between the blinds and the roof.

On approximately day 3 post-install, two of the blinds started to come out of their tracks. The electric blind hasn't had one day where it hasn't jammed.The fabric is saggy and a far cry from their promotional pictures.

The installer has been out to fix some of the issues but some of these issues reoccurred the next day- some were basically 'irreparable'.

I have been chasing Bramalco/Modern Group since the blinds were installed on 21/07 and have received very little response from the staff at this company by way of phone or email. When I have received correspondence, the content has not addressed all my concerns. They are very much tiptoeing around the main issues. For example, they haven't addressed the balance payment or contract breach as yet.

It feels like they sent the installer back to fight their battles, poor bloke. My main issues don't even relate to the installation.

Anyway, I am waffling now.

The long and the short of it is, I would never use this company for anything in the future- and would strongly discourage you to do the same.

I am looking forward to following up this issue to my full satisfaction, no matter what that involves. Unfortunately, Bramalco/Modern group have proved to be incapable of truthful sales, supplying an accurate product, meeting contractual obligations or providing any level of customer service.
