I had a skylight installed in my kitchen by Diamond. I was very impressed by not only the person who came out to quote, but the job the installer did too.
The quoter turned up on time and really went through all the options, finding out my needs and making suggestions.
The installation was done beautifully and even cleaned up after himself.
Both people were very polite and helpful. I have no hesitation recommending them. I have been very pleased with it and have had no problems with the skylight.

I had an old, overgrown garden with many large shrubs / trees that needed removal.
Chris turned up, on time, gave a fair quote, explained everything and was really pleasant to deal with.
He and his team turned up on the day, did a wonderful job, removed everything I asked, ground out the stumps as requested, left the shrubs I requested be left and left the whole site beautifully clean and tidy. All while I was at work!
I couldn't have asked for a better job. They were great.

Our kinder used this service for the annual kinder photos. Nine out of approximately fifteen parents were unhappy with the shots. The parents all had the same complaint - in none of the shots was the child looking at the camera. Most of the shots had the children looking down at a puzzle or pasting.
We all understood that kids can be uncooperative at times but not looking at the camera in any of them?!! For nine kids?!!
The company was asked to come back and reshoot - the results were a vast improvement (so it obviously wasn't that hard) but we were all charged a late fee. Upon questioning, the company was very unhelpful, bordering on rude.
If my air conditioning was serviced poorly and they had to come out again, I wouldn't expect to pay extra to get them to fix their work. Yet this company thinks this is perfectly justifiable, even though it was their poor work in the first place that made us call them back.
Avoid them.
