The workers here are always friendly, service is always quick even when flat out. Their pies and sausage rolls are the best in town! Nice large selection of cakes too.

Have only been to drive through, not dine in, but the service is always slow. Even if only car waiting, can take over 5 minutes from time you order, for them to bring the food down to your car (restaurant upstairs, drive through window downstairs). Food is very expensive for what you get, especially when compared to other take away venues. We don't eat here very often.

Lovely staff and the food tastes great. When we call and order, the food is always ready on time. Nice big selection to choose from, but we have our favorites so usually order the same thing. One thing we like is when you order batter chicken, it's still nice and crispy when you get home to eat it... Some other places it's soggy and we don't like that.

My kids love going to hungry jacks because of the wonderful playground! The staff are friendly and service is always fast. The only area that could do with some improvement is for the children's parties...some of the staff are excellent playing games with the kids, but we have been to a couple where the staff member just stood outside and watched them play on the playground. I know the parents of those parties were a bit disappointed - as the price you pay for the party you expect them to play a game or two. But the food is always good, inside and outside always clean.

We go to donut king every now and then, because the kids love the donuts from there. But the service is always so slow. Doesn't seem to matter if there are lots of customers, or only one -two - its always the same. Think they would find they have more customers if they learnt to be a bit faster in serving.
