Absolutely love coming and training with Tash, she is working wonders and is very dedicated to helping me achieve my goals, i've never been one to be comfortable and confident going and working out but Tash has really helped me overcome this and is helping me improve my confidence. She is so knowledgeable and is constantly willing and trying to improve herself in the PT world.
