Hand feed wild dolphins for a small gold coin donation. Amazing experience right up and close to the dolphins. The volunteers had fantastic knowledge on the dolphins and catered for everyone's needs. Need to be there bright and early for the feedings. Can be overcrowded with visitors. We went two days in a row, second day was raining and not many tourists so we got to hand feed more fish to the dolphins. Amazing experience
Fantastic produce. From quirky gifts to off cuts of macadamia nuts. Taste testing area to try different flavourings. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Chocolate coated macadamia nuts, who would ask for anything more!
Whether you want a day out with the family or to just buy some ginger products this is the place. Friendly staff and so much to do. Activities for the kids with the train ride. Great food with ginger ice cream! Great range of products in the ginger shop. Lots of other shops to browse too.
A pioneer cottage in Buderim. Interesting to see the layout of the house and its features. Fascinating history, well preserved. Open 7 days. Very welcoming staff. Pricey but not something you would go and see everyday.
Small store selling Irish and British treats. Everything from Beetroot to chocolate to pork pies. Great range. They also deliver. Shop is a little small so can get crowded at times. Prices are higher due to the type of products ie. you can't buy them in the supermarket. Friendly service. Not much parking around since its on the main road.
Fantastic Fish and Chip takeaways that constantly have high quality fresh ingredients. They make to your own preferences (crumbed/battered, chicken salt/plain salt/no salt etc). Adequate menu. Lovely staff. Quick service. Phone orders welcome. Family meal deals also available
The restaurant was great with amazing fresh seafood. Lovely staff. Prices were reasonable for top quality seafood. Nice restaurant on the marina.
Approximate cost: $32
Petite handcrafted sweet french treats that are to die for. Beautiful range to choose from. They also do savoury breads too but I couldn't resist the temptation of the sweet range. The hardest part was picking which one to try. Pleasant customer service. Expensive range but fantastic quality.
Approximate cost: $6.50
Asiatic parrots that are trained to do tricks for a small audience. Very welcoming staff members with a great range of knowledge. After the show you can see the birds up close. Great valued show. Only a couple of restrooms so can be a long queue for the bathroom. Tea and coffee are provided at the start of the show.
Small shop which is packed full of books. Can be hard finding what you are looking for. Good if you have the time to browse. You can return your purchases and gain store credit with certain books. Staff are very friendly.
