RIP OFF and ZERO TRANSPARENCY!! I wish there is a NEGATIVE STAR rating on Google Reviews, such was the experience. Super Pathetic!! I have to give an extremely negative review in this case and completely agree with Mr. Rick's review/experience below. I was given a quote for normal service cost. Once the car is in the centre, the manager spoke about fixes that needed to be done in the car but NEVER told how much the extras are going to cost. If the customer forgets to ask about the extra cost, it is the responsibility of the business to inform the customer transparently about the cost. Manager Craig shows NO transparency to the customer. I ended up paying FIVE TIMES MORE (5x) than the original quote. This is extremely poor from Auto Masters. Customers who are professional and decent enough would pay off but this will not happen with everyone.

I also mentioned about a particular problem with my tyre and the manager NEVER said they will not do any tyres. He asked me to bring in the car and see what they can do with the tyre. Later, I found out from another staff member while collecting the car that no tyre service/fixing is done there. To me, it looked like the manager just wanted to rip off the customers. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

With repeated instances happening (as we can see from other customer's feedback below), Auto Masters's management should look into this and advice the Manager to be more transparent to the customers. Otherwise, you are losing lots of existing customers.

I will NEVER recommend my family and friends to go here unless this issue can be fixed by the management.
