My experience with Alex has been life changing.
I suffered from depression, anxiety and over thinking.
After my first session I felt as though a weight was lifted, I slept better and I had an overall feeling of peacefulness.
Since my session Alex has followed up with 'Access Tips' emails which are so relevant I put them into practice in my daily living and I have become a new me.
