I had a cistern replaced. The plumber was prompt, assessed the situation and provided advice and recommendations. He was courteous, took his shoes off when he entered the house and was clean and tidy in his work. Surprised and extremely impressed with the professionalism as I had called local plumbers earlier who were not as accommodating and could not offer same day service!
